Due to an increase in inventory and a way to offer a more customer-friendly retail site, the business moved to its current location in 2006.
The 2000-square-foot retail shop is located in historic, downtown Lewisburg. Stocked to the walls with fly fishing supplies, outdoor-oriented and influenced clothing, footwear, canoes and kayaks, backpacking/hiking equipment, and dog supplies, the retail store has the right gear to make your stay in the outdoors a pleasant and successful one. Several other hard-to-find odds and ends lend themselves to the store’s highly-praised practical, yet one-of-kind atmosphere.
Owned and operated by Craig Miller, the proprietor of Serenity Now Outfitters is an avid fly fisherman and outdoorsman, logging as many as 147 days on the water each year. Craig is on the board of the Greenbrier River Watershed Association, in addition to being the vice-president of the Greenbrier Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Craig writes a weekly outdoor column for The Times Of Greenbrier County, in addition to occasional freelance writing jobs taken in an effort to keep gas in his vehicle.
Logan came to join the crew at the tender age of 6 weeks. Primarily focusing on research and development, Logan spends the bulk of his time licking sizeable trout and rescuing river rocks from near drowning experiences. A permanent store fixture, this 8-year-old Golden Retriever is the brightest bulb on the Serenity Now Outfitters tree.
